As a family, we enthusiastically support the McCain-Palin ticket. Ironically, prior to her selection, we thought it would take a Romney VP selection to bring us on board. Her speech tonight was brilliant on many levels and it was refreshing to hear a candidate in the 2008 Presidential Election speak so clearly about this great country. Her message was bold, hard-hitting, clever and hilarious all at the same time. One of my favorite lines was:"In politics, there are some candidates who use change to promote their careers.
And then there are those, like John McCain, who use their careers to promote change."
I also loved:
"But listening to him speak [speaking of Obama, obviously], it's easy to forget that this is a man who has authored two memoirs but not a single major law or reform - not even in the state senate. This is a man who can give an entire speech about the wars America is fighting, and never use the word 'victory' except when he's talking about his own campaign."
